All shipping damages are covered by UPS. Please refer to the shipping link for more information about filing claims. Return shipping costs and Customers Own Material is not included in our Money-Back Guarantee.
If an unlikely event that a replacement or repair is required we will issue a UPS pickup at your convenience, and repair, replace or issue a refund of your purchase price. All shipping costs will be paid by us on any manufacturing defects.
