Since we are the manufacturer and retailer, our Guarantee is quite simple, if at any time you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a pickup and refund the cost of the upholstery.

All shipping damages are covered by UPS. Please refer to the shipping link for more information about filing claims.
If an unlikely event that a replacement or repair is required we will issue a UPS pickup at your convenience, and repair, replace or issue a refund of your purchase price. All shipping costs will be paid by us on any manufacturing defects.
