How safe is your sofas and chairs for our homes and the enviroment?

All of the materials used in building our sofas and chairs are free of any chemicals thus no flame retardants or formaldehydes will get into your home. The wood we use is from FSC substainable forests. The legs are finished using only a Danish Oil hand rubbed finish. Our glues and the protective finishes are all water based. You may at anytime return any of our sofas or chairs for us to reupholster for you at a discounted rate. Or for just recycling.

How long is your warranty?

We have a life-time warranty on the basic structure and 1 year on fabrics and 3 years on leather. Please refer to our "Comfort Options" page for seating warranty.

Is your sofas and chairs made in the USA?

Everything we sell is made in the USA, with the exception of the natural woven frame parts and basic slipcovers. These are made in Vietnam under our direct supervision.

Can I request a sample of your fabrics or leathers?

We offer the first 3 samples of fabric and one leather sample at no costs. Please click on the "Fabrics and Leathers" link for more information to order samples.

What forms of payment can I use.

We offer 3 payment choices: PayPal and Amazon Payments, or if you pay by check you will receive a 3% discount. For more information on check payment processing, visit our Forums or ask one of our specialists from the Live Help Chat icon.

How long does it take before I can receive my order?

Normally takes 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. Once you place your order we provide a more definite time.

I have my own fabric, can you use?

Will I need any special tools or skills to assemble a chair or sofa?

All tools required come with your order and simple illustrated step by step instructions are included. Please click "here" to view the instructions for assembly.

How will you ship my order?

Our Sofas and Chairs will ship by Common Carrier; delivered curb-side. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery day once the shipment arrives at their closest warehouse to your home.  We ask that someone should be, as it normally takes 2 strong hands to remove off the truck. Also important when accepting delivery to check that the shipment that is no visible damage on the outside. Sofas and chairs parts are individually boxed and placed on a pallet, then tightly wrapped together onto the pallet. As their is much less chance of any damage occuring while on a pallet. Lift gate service is an additional fee if required, as is inside placement. Please contact us for any special delivery requests and additional costs.
